For years, I led single-session teleseminars and sold them as products without doing any audio editing. The recording service I was using created the recordings for me so they started with my Hello and ended after my Goodbye, and contained everything that happened in between. When I shifted from offering one-off teleclasses to multi-session classes, however, I raised my standards. After all, people were paying $795 to $997 now and not just $39.95. And once I experienced how easy audio editing can be, I was no

It took me all of 10 minutes to learn the basic moves needed to polish an audio recording – and I am not a techie! What I do now is retain the spontaneity of a teleclass, which resembles either a radio talk show or an informal lecture, depending on whether theres just one speaker or two. But as far as I can with my elementary knowledge of audio editing, I also do the following: * Delete distracting beeps, coughs and static. * Cut at least some of the ums or other vocal filler. * Even out volume differences between speakers, making the soft voices louder and the loud ones less jarring. * Eliminate questions and answers that derail the flow of the session, like, Sorry, I came late, can you repeat such and such? Make sure you check and make sure that the audio track plays in both stereo channels. Otherwise someone listening on earphones hears the sound only in one ear. I have returne d two audio products for refunds because of this flaw – which is

The latter usually matches the former and goes at the end of the audio file. To stay on the right side of the law, dont use snippets from commercial CDs for this. Instead, search for royalty free music and follow the terms of use imposed by its originator or vendor. Once you know your way around audio editing, you can also easily combine recordings, substitute parts of recordings or split a long teleseminar session into smaller pieces that you parcel out a day at a time in an autoresponder or on a blog. The possibilities are endless! Audacity, a widely acclaimed audio editing program, is not only extremely easy to use but also free. Look for it at http://audacity.sourceforge.net. I use Wavepad, another free audio editing program, available at http://nch.com.au/wavepad. If youre familiar with highligh ting and moving text around a document by cutting and pasting, youll

catch on very quickly to the fundamentals of audio editing. Save your edited audio files as MP3s and you have a product thats a cut above those who distribute unedited teleseminar recordings. Customers usually wont demand their money back if you skip editing, but they definitely are more likely to buy again if you put some time and care into preparation of your recording.

Many people who frequent the online money making forums get really sick of all the work at home scams, Nigerian Scams and other online scams that they start despairing and tell themselves that there is no such thing as an internet income. If you fall within this category or are just starting out online, this article is for you. Google Adsense is a program where anyone can signup with Google and create an account. You then simply select the type of advertisement that you would like to put on your website and then paste the code into your site and you are ready to make money. Your goal

now after doing this is to work on increasing the amount of website traffic to your website as you earnings depend on how many people visit your website and click on the Adsense Advertisements on your website or blog. This article will explain three simple time tested ways on how you can profit from the Google Adsense Advertising program and make money from it. 1. Make Money from a High Traffic Blog People flock to blogs because they get to read what other people are writing about and if the subject matter is interesting enough, they get to participate in the discussion online. Blogs attract large amounts of website traffic because each time you finish posting on your blog, the major Blog Aggregators will be informed via a ping from your server and if people like the title of your post, they will start coming onto your blog. One common tactic being used today in blogging is link baiting where you write about a controversial topi c and all of a sudden, many blogs start linking to you and sending traffic to your blog. Thus you will start earning more from the increased traffic via Adsense Clickthroughs. 2. Build Small Content Niche Sites Build a great content

site that has good content that people will be willing to link to and give you traffic. The key to building a great website is to target keywords that people are searching for so that you can get large amounts of website traffic from the internet. Then put together a simple website for this. A great free tool that I use for keyword research is http://www.goodkeywords.com to determine keywords that generate huge amounts of website traffic. I would suggest that if you are new to this, you can start with a blog and see if people are interested in the keywords and topics that you write about and then after that once you establish that you can make money from that topic, spin it off and start a small content website. The key as mentioned above is to get website traffic. 3. Community Based Sites You might want to consider starting a community portal like Friendster or an Article Directory where people constantly return to the websit e to submit articles, blogs, comments and this would result in a high amount of website traffic to your website and increased Adsense Revenue. For example, you might want to brainstorm on all your interests and maybe start out with a forum

on your favourite topic and then progress to build a larger portal. This concept is huge and if done well can get you lots of money. In conclusion, the key to making money online with adsense is generating quality website traffic. All the ebooks on making money with adsense that you see out there online do not mean anything if you do not generate great amounts of website traffic to your website. Start with one of the three money making ideas above and spend your energy and focus on increasing your website traffic and you will start making serious money online with Adsense. Take Massive action today and make strides to reach your online monetary dreams.

Every person who is serious with their online business should purchase products that will give them the expertise, knowledge or tool to improve their business. Money needs to be spent. In the past, these products have been in the ranges of $17 – $97 on average. However in recent years, weve seen packages in the range of $999 – $1499. Are these internet marketing products worth purchasing or just a marketing gimmick? I totally agree that you should buy internet marketing products to improve your business. If applying the techniques brings you more sales or saves you time, then the price you invested

is a drop in the bucket. For the high priced internet marketing products, if after reading through the product you manage to get a modest 2 extra customers a month then youll quickly receive back your investment. Add to the fact that the knowledge youve gained has shaved at least a year of researching, now that $1000 product you bought was a bargain! A lot of marketers purchase these high priced ticket items to learn 2 or more ideas they can use for their businesses. They know that successfully implementing these ideas will give them an increase of thousands of dollars per month. Therefore, they cannot afford not to buy them. I hear you say What!?! A thousand odd dollars for 2 or more ideas? Yes. If you actually implement the ideas the increase in sales is well worth it. The key here, is implementing the ideas. A high priced internet marketing product should take you at least a month to read through. A good tip is to study the entire prod uct twice. On your second time, take notes and write down any ideas that you think you can implement in your business. Word of warning – Do not buy any products during this study time. It will only distract you from learning. Its also why people

You shouldnt go and buy products just based on the salesletter and the hype surrounding the product. Buy the products based on recommendation from a trust worthy person who has themselves bought and used the products. Ive reviewed a list of high priced products Ive used in the past and applied to my business. The recommendations are based on the persons expertise. There are some products that are hair pulling for beginners and just suitable for the advanced marketer – and also vice-versa. Send an email to the autoresponder high@onlinemoneymachine.com for the list of recommended high-priced internet marketing products. Theres a common scenario with some purchasers. Their feeling is – the information is common sense and its unjustified for the price paid. Ive read reviews like this even for very good products. Heres what I suspect: 1. Have they really gone through the product and been honest with themselves? 2. Are they looking for a secret that will make them loads with little effort? Sorry mate, but that doesnt exist. 3. Have

Reading the product may inspire you to use the idea and create the success you are aiming for. Overall, Ive been pretty impressed with some of the internet marketing products released. However, you have to know if the product is suitable for you and if youre going to use it. Theres no point in buying a product because its the talk of the town at that current period of time. Buy products, especially high priced internet marketing products if you are sure you will use it. The best way is to buy a product because it is exactly what you are looking for at the moment. Also make sure that it has been given a thumbs up by someone you trust who has used it. You can get the list of reviewed products by sending an email to high@onlinemoneymachine.com

A few years ago offline businesses would never have dreamt of bringing their businesses into the Internet arena but now marketing has changed so rapidly that businesses cannot afford to ignore the Internet. So if you havent brought your business onto the Internet my question to you is …Why not? There may be a few reasons holding you back but you may be very sure that your competition will have no problems picking up the Internet gold and your potential customers. If you do not have a website presence for your offline business you are leaving 1000s of dollars on the table. There is a huge and growing market online just waiting for you.

Everyday new people come on the Internet and they could be your customers. So what are the reasons that offline businesses are not tapping into this market? Here are a few common excuses: 1. My business is local and the Internet is global 2. I have a wholesale business I cannot sell hard goods on the Internet 3. Websites are expensive and what do I do with one anyway? 4. Internet surfers are not interested in my offline goods My business is local and the Internet is global: A few years ago this may have been true but now there are ways to search for local businesses with just a click of your customers mouse. They simply put in the keyword of the item they are looking for + their local state/province, city and country and all the local businesses websites come up. Then there is Froogle, the search engine for shoppers. Searchers just put their keyword for products in here and a whole list of products come up. If you do not list your website and just put in your store location this will come up with a handy little map to guide potential customers to your exact location. So there are ways to get your local customers into your offline business. Google search engine and Froogle are free to submit to. I have a wholesale business I cannot sell hard goods on the Internet:

Hard goods can easily be sold on the Internet by using drop shippers. Instead of using wholesalers that you actually go to or deliver to your business you can make use of drop shippers and fulfillment houses that can be contacted online. We will go into this in more detail in a later issue. Drop shippers can deliver directly to your customer and give you the wholesale prices. Fulfillment houses can take care of your inventory and shipping to your customers. Websites are expensive and what do I do with one anyway? Websites can be designed and built for a very reasonable price by using freelance web designers. They are sometimes from all over the world but you can narrow it down to your own country if you wish, by specifying a certain country in your project description. Two of the largest contractors are http://elance.com and http://guru.com Your website will have several purposes. * To establish your business online and brand your business * To attract warm ready to buy visitors to your business. Website promotion is the most cost effective marketing you will ever do and will save you 1000s in advertising costs. * There is a growing trend of savvy shoppers who do not want to fight their way through the malls and are looking for choices online. Internet surfers

are not interested in my offline goods: Internet surfers are actually your own customers but in a different place. Let me explain. A few years ago your customers would have been on foot and coming to your business but now the times have changed. People are realizing the tremendous convenience of shopping online and are letting their mouse do the walking. Internet surfers are not just people drifting about on the Internet. They are serious shoppers and expect the high standards they have been used to offline. Your website will provide them with all this and more. This is just a small introduction to how you can establish your business presence online. In the coming issues we will look into all the ways you can use the power of the Internet to rake in the profits for your offline business.

You could easily spend a good chunk of your life reading about SEO. But its not needed. You dont need to endlessly tweak, research, track, and tweak some more to get outstanding rankings. But It does require some knowledge, effort, and patience. You can get a respectable start with the information Im about to share with you. Then you can take it to what ever level you desire. First, you need to know about the two main areas of website SEO 1. On-page SEO 2. Off-page SEO On-Page factors include anything done to your website to improve its search engine rankings. Off-Page factors are efforts external to your website, such as submitting articles and building links, to

improve your rankings. And heres some very useful information for you…most of your results will come from off-page factors. So you know where you should be concentrating your efforts. Dont ignore on-page SEO. Its important and contributes to your rankings. On-Page SEO include the following: Site and page title: The site title is one of the most important on-page factors. The search engine spiders will read your site and pages titles and use that, in comparison with other on-page factors, to help determine rank. One common mistake with writing the title is using something generic. You never want to do that. Your titles should be relevant to the page its associated with. By relevant I mean contains appropriate keywords or keyword phrases. H1 portant to place your primary and even secondary keywords into your H1 tags. Keyword Density: Keyword density still matters but its not as important as it used to be. Youll be safe with a general rule: Mention your keyword several times early, then a few times through the body of the text and again near the end of your copy. The search engines, led by Google, are implementing LSI, Latent Semantic Indexing, in their ranking

algorithms. Geeky LSI is hard-core mathematics. But for marketers, just try to include natural terms associated with your primary and secondary keywords in your main text. Internal Link Structure: This simply refers to your internal navigation menu. Or where your links point to within your site. One very common mistake is using the home link. Take the primary keyword for your home page and substitute it for Home in the rest of your sites pages. Doing this will help build internal link popularity for that keyword. Then do the same for your internal pages. Always use the primary keyword for a page in any links pointing to that page. Off-Page SEO Factors: Off-page SEO usually involves building back links to your website using your main keyword as the anchor text for those links. And your link campaign should use not just one method but multiple methods. The reason simply being if one method stops working, you have the others. Youre not p utting all your eggs in one basket! Link-Building Methods: Reciprocal Linking: Reciprocal linking involves two webmasters putting a link on their site for the other. Most marketers did this manually in the past. But now you can join services that make it very easy to exchange links. One-Way Links: These are the most coveted links to have…especially if theyre from a relevant authority site. Some are saying reciprocal

links are being phased out or becoming less effective. But it wont hurt you to have some reciprocal linking happening. You can accumulate one-way links through… Article Submissions: Youll write an article on your topic, or use private label articles, then insert your author biography at the footer of the article. Your footer will include a link to your main site. Then submit these articles to article directories. If your article is published youll have a nice one-way link to your site. Buying Links: You can buy links online if you want. The biggest benefit is that you can get high PR links affordably and fast. But you do need to exercise some caution with buying high PR links. Search engines, most notably Google, frowns on link buying and will penalize your site if they suspect youve done it. So watch out!

This small device works surprisingly well for typing large amounts of text, though its touch screen, gaming and browsing capabilities are somewhat limited due to its small size. It gets the job done, however, as more of a utility/text/information lookup device than a multimedia device.

The device runs a pretty standard Android 2.3 OS with the addition of four multi-widget slots in the corners of the screen.

If you're used to Android devices, you'll immediately be familiar with the basic application-with-desktop-widgets model.

With the keyboard stowed, the device feels thick, maybe 1.5x thicker than an iPhone 4. The bottom edges are rounded and smooth and with its thickness, the phone can feel like a slippery bar of soap. With the tray stowed, the device can easily be navigated one handed using the thumb because of the small size of the screen.

The keyboard pulls out with a satisfying but smooth slide and the device powers up from standby with a short, but bearable delay. The device feels solid, even with the keyboard out. The device is much easier to hold with the keyboard out as it feels much thinner. The keys are separated enough and responsive enough to make even, say, writing an essay on the

device pleasurable. I found that I could type almost at the speed of thought with almost no errors. The backlit keyboard seems a little bit flaky though with the lights blinking on and off seemingly at random making the keys a little hard to read in the wrong light conditions.

The screen is clear and bright, though the touch screen capabilities are a little lacking. Even pulling out the Android's top status bar is a chore because it's much too easy to mis-press. You'll often find your device doing random things, because of an errant touch screen press, though the Android's back button makes it easy to get back to where you were. I found myself navigating a lot using the arrow keys as it simply seemed less error prone.

Call quality is OK and the ergonomics of the device as a phone are lacking

(because of the width the height ratio and the thickness.) The ergonomics of the USB charging cover are horrendous as there's no good way to pry the thing open — the slot for your fingernail isn't deep enough and doesn't provide any purchase, so you're left scratching at it until you get lucky. The power on button is a little bit small and requires a good push to activate — luckily, you can just slide the keyboard try out to turn it on.

Overall, not a bad little, with emphasis on little, device. It seems best suited for text based activities such as taking notes, texting, e-reading or reading graphic light web pages. I wouldn't recommend it for heavy game players or media consumers, but would recommend it for someone looking for something small and different.

Youre really wanting to be thoughtful and accommodating. You want to make your clients and customers comfortable, so they can have things the way they like it. So you start making up offers, each with different options and flavors. Eventually you have a menu of ten options. And no ones buying. Is it your marketing? Or your menu? A child with no ice cream. Hot summer day. Cool ice cream shop. An eager child. The sign says 37 flavors. What happens next? Thats right- you sit there while this little cherub thinks, and wonders, and decides, and goes back and forth wondering which flavor of ice cream to get. Either that, or he just ignores all the many flavors and gets the old-standby chocolate,

with sprinkles. What are choices? Choices are where we express power. By making a choice, youre expressing how youd like things to be. This requires a certain confidence and clarity. Add to this problem the fact that most of us in Western culture have had our imagination squashed out of us. In school, in jobs, were taught to regurgitate what were told, to maneuver through multiple-choice tests, and to pick our path from limited options. This may seem like a bad thing, and it can certainly be painful if someone is limiting your options in an artificial manner. But the truth is that your clients like limits. Huh? Thats nutty- they dont want limits, they want to get past the limits of the problem they are facing. Well, sure, thats true. They do want to solve their problem and keep moving. But, when faced with a problem, a problem they cant solve, do you think they are feeling much clarity or confidence in their heart? Probably not. And yet, what are the two main qualities that are needed to make a choice? Clarity and confidence. Hmmm… do you see the same problem I see? Limiting choices creates more safety. Dont give your clients a menu of ten different options, even if they are similar to one another. As Henry Ford said, They can have the Model T in any color they want, as long as its black. Ol Henry set that up to keep his costs down in the assembly line factories he had. However,

this principle applies even more strongly to businesses in the limitless choice world of seventy million Google results. By limiting choice for your clients, they only have to muster up enough confidence and clarity to do one thing- hire you, instead of having to wend their way through all 37 flavors of your offers. It works. But isnt it kinda boring to just have one or two offers? What happens to the creativity in your business? And how do you handle different types of clients? Hold on to your ice cream cone. Ive got some ideas for you. Keys to Dishing out the Options. * Limit the recommended intro offers. If you have one or two specific offers where you recommend beginners start, thats the place to sendem. Foundational offerings that cover the basics, and begin to walk them into your world. * Create a gazillion offers, but understand the sequence. If you have a hundred offers, thats great. But then organize them in some kind of a seque nce, at least for the first few. Understand how one of your offers links to the next links to the next. Now, your clients progress wont always be linear, and so you dont have to put all one hundred offers in sequence. There will come a point where, through the help theyve received from you and elsewhere, that they regain some of their lost confidence and clarity, which will give them greater decision-making ability. Plus, after theyve done

the first two or three offers, theyll have more familiarity with what you do, and how you do it, so it will be easier to choose from many offers. * For custom consulting, still limit your offers. When you are quoting out a custom consulting project to someone, you still dont want to overwhelm them with options. The same lack of clarity and confidence applies to these decision-makers, no matter how sharply theyre dressed. By setting one or two options in front of them, youre showing your own expertise and confidence, and that is one more bit of trust they will have in you. Although its tempting to want to create a groaning board table full of all kinds of delicious offers, it will lose you clients. Instead, limit their choices, and watch them happily walk out with your chocolate ice cream cone. The best to you and your business, Mark Silver

When fans, especially those of the casual variety, think of Pearl Jam they generally conjure up an image of a fight the power type of band whos politically active and bent on not succumbing to the Man running the music industry. Thats pretty much the bands reputation, just ask anyone with Pearl Jam concert tickets. In 2006, Rolling Stone magazine wrote that Pearl Jam had spent much of the past decade deliberately tearing apart their own fame. The band stopped making both television appearances and music videos. Meanwhile, they unsuccessfully took on Ticketmaster. The band has always been politically active. They support the pro-choice movement, environment and wildlife protection groups the

band has a carbon neutral policy, and the Green Party suppress chuckle now. This may come as a shock, but they werent fans of George W. Bush. In addition, Pearl Jam has performed in concerts benefiting the U.N.s fight against world hunger, victims of Hurricane Katrina, Habitat for Humanity and the American Red Cross. Its clear that Pearl Jam is all about saving this and protecting that and fighting this injustice and battling that travesty. However, if you look around, this seemingly socially progressive juggernaut is in cahoots with a plethora of big-time corporations. In fact, Pearl Jam is hawking more products than Peyton Manning. Their upcoming ninth studio album, Backspacer, set to be released September 20th, is being sold exclusively at Target and indie retailers but who goes to them anymore. You can also download the album from the iTunes Music Store Apple. Overseas, album is being distributed by Universal Music Vivendi. Recently, the b and has joined up with Verizons V Cast platform to offer fans access to Pearl Jam content. Backspacer uses Sony technology to house extra material and the entire album with get the full DLC Rock Band 2 treatment, possibly paving the way for a Pearl Jam Rock Band game Electronic Arts in 2010. In the 1990s, Kurt Cobain accused the band of being sellouts but he probably didnt imagine the band would ever sell out to an army of corporations.

Cobain was referring to the way the band was selling albums, t-shirts and concert tour tickets. He was not referring to the bands vertical commercial integration with consumer oriented media synergy okay, we made that up but you get our point. Now you might argue that using Sonys software or being immortalized by Rock Band doesnt make one a sellout. Thats true, but the more corporations you do business with and the more politically active you are, the greater the risk of biting the hand that feeds. What is the target of most political activism? Its the government and corporations. Take the environment for example. Its not being polluted by orphans and puppy dogs. Its being polluted by big business. Some of which would love to have Pearl Jam pimp their products. The only difference between bands that sell out and bands that dont sell out is the bands that didnt sell out were never given the chance. Face it, selling out is as American as apple pie and a 401k plan. If I was in a band as big as Pearl Jam I would be selling out faster than you can say Im going to Disneyland. I would allow my songs to be used as jingles for enriched uranium if they paid me enough. If my manager didnt have my cheesy, pensive single playing at the end of every emotional episode of every two-bit drama on television I would have her fired. If they gave me a good enough deal, I would get a Ticketmaster tramp

stamp. Before you start accusing me or Pearl Jam of being greedy you know whats, stop and think for a moment how expensive it is to live. Then think of how expensive it is for Pearl Jam to live. They have kids, mortgages, college tuitions, wives who have to shop, mistresses who need apartments, and those prescription drugs dont buy themselves. Sure there are bands that walk the walk and wouldnt take a dime from a corporation to save a spotted owl. But those bands sell 11 albums a year and play for 100 fans at a venue that doubles as a furniture store. The best way for Pearl Jam to spread their message and affect change is by reaching as many people as possible. Sometimes that involves producing albums, sometimes that involves selling concert tickets and sometimes that involves working with corporate America. After all, the best way to bring down the machine is from within. Fight the power and pass me my iPhone. Copyright 2009, ClickItTicket.com

When I look at all of the tools that Ive used over the years to sell affiliate products, one has worked better than ALL others. When, I analyze commissions earned from selling affiliate products over the past 5 years, one tool has produced more sales than any others. That magical tool is the lowly, Camtasia video. For those unfamiliar with Camtasia, its a simple screen capture program that allows you to record all, or a portion of, your computer screen. You can make a video demonstrating what youre doing on your computer as you do it. You can make the video with or without sound. There are many reasons Camtasia videos work so well, but two primary reasons that

I use them. First, Camtasia videos allow you to prove what you assert. For example, if I just told you that a piece of software was easy to use, youd probably think, Yes, its easy for you, but I could never use it. However, if I used the software and recorded a Camtasia video explaining what I was doing, as I did it, you would be able to see how simple and easy it was to use. If I sifted through my Google listings, or my Paypal account, and recorded it as I did, youd see proof positive of my search engine rankings, or my Paypal earnings. Camtasia also has a jump to feature which allows you to automatically send a viewer to a chosen page at the end of the video. The viewer doesnt have to click to go to a page, the video automatically redirects to the indicated url when the movie finishes. This is very powerful. You can tell a prospect about a product or service, and then at the end of the video send them directly to a sales page or order form. Then they only have to decide whether or not to place the order. If you are not using Camtasia videos in your affiliate marketing mix, then you should begin today. Its a very intuitive and easy to use program. As I began developing more and more of my own products, I often even created Camtasia videos for select affiliates. Id create a video, and have the jump to url specify their

affiliate link. This made promoting my products virtually NO work. All the affiliate had to do was tell prospects to watch the video, and then the video automatically sent the prospect to the affiliate url at the end, where hopefully the viewer ordered. I only did this for a few very select affiliates because the process of creating individual, personalized Camtasia videos was fairly labor intensive. That only made it worthwhile for affiliates that I knew would actively promote the video. Now, any affiliate program manager who is NOT offering branded Camtasia videos to ALL of his affiliates is just lazy. Thats because there is now software that automates the process. There is now a Camtasia brander software that is no more complicated than having your affiliates visit a website and enter their affiliate url. They then click a button, and a zip file is delivered to them that contains personalized branded Camtasia videos. The affiliates uploads these files to their servers, and then tells their prospects where to access these videos. Now, whether you are an affiliate, or an affiliate program manager, you can utilize the full power of Camtasia videos. You can check out the Camtasia brander at: http://WillieCrawford.com/brander/ If you are an affiliate, and the product owners whose product you are promoting are not using the

Camtasia brander, it has to be because they dont know about it. Tell them about it, so that they can offer you the most effective affiliate marketing tool that I have ever seen. If you have an affiliate program, youre CRAZY if youre not offering your affiliates branded Camtasia videos. Get a copy of the Camtasia brander today and watch your sales skyrocket. Get it at: http://WillieCrawford.com/brander/ Ive just revealed to you my best affiliate marketing tool. It works because it makes it easy for you to provide the most important ingredient in the online sales process – PROOF. It also allows you to deliver the prospect right to the order form after youve provided that critical proof. The prospect only has one easy decision to make.
